- Identify where LinkedIn can show up with relevance and distinctiveness across cultural moments, creator ecosystems, communities, and search/discovery surfaces.
- Review and improve creative concepts from internal and external partners to ensure the work is strategically sound, platform-native, and built to break through.
- Own initiatives end to end: from strategic framing and briefing through execution guidance, optimization, and synthesis of results.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, solve unstructured problems with strong judgment, and move work forward with minimal dependencies.
- Spot gaps, opportunities, and improvements across the team’s work and proactively drive solutions that improve outcomes.
- Use data, insights, and social intelligence to refine strategy, optimize content, and identify what should be scaled, adjusted, or stopped.
- Establish clear success metrics that go beyond engagement to reflect impact.
- Translate learnings into clear internal recommendations and updates that help leadership and partners understand where social is driving value.
- Partner closely with Production, Creator, Partnerships, Comms, Editorial, PMM, Paid Media, Measurement, and other teams to ensure integrated planning and execution.
