About the Role
This role supports scientific project teams by managing administrative, coordination, and scientific tasks. You will oversee the delivery of scientific work, implement process improvements, and enhance quality and efficiency for Literature Review or Real-World Evidence projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform formatting, consistency, and quality control reviews of scientific documents.
- Assist Project Managers with client and healthcare professional communication.
- Produce progress reports and summaries to enhance customer service.
- Coordinate project teams and monitor timelines.
- Schedule meetings, record minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
- Develop planning tools to optimize team productivity and cross-collaboration.
- Support accurate referencing of scientific materials and prepare reference packs.
- Screen research records for relevance and extract data from publications.
- Assist in developing and tracking client proposals.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including translation, digital, and marketing agencies.
- Manage tasks in the project management system to support budgeting and invoicing.
- Help analysts translate methods and results into reports and slide sets.
- Reformat documents to ensure adherence to client requirements and submission guidelines.
- Keep internal resources and industry guidelines up to date.
- Organize monthly team meetings and internal activities.
Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent).
- Exceptional written English skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for healthcare and science.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and work independently.
