About the Role

As the V-Label Manager (all genders) with a focus on Awards & Email Marketing, you will support the V-Label's digital marketing team in Germany during a parental leave, taking a central role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing measures. Your primary focus will be leading the V-Label Award Germany and conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven email marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from communications, marketing, and other departments, and are encouraged to contribute your own ideas. This role offers a dynamic work environment balancing strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration, providing opportunities for responsibility, process improvement, and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the further development and implementation of the V-Label Award Germany, ensuring the program supports ProVeg's goals.
  • Manage the organizational and content-related execution of the award throughout its entire project cycle, from planning to post-event activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing and communication measures for the award, define relevant KPIs, and implement targeted campaigns across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from communications, marketing, and other stakeholders to continuously enhance the award's visibility, reach, and impact.
  • Oversee the award website, coordinate central processes for submissions and shortlisting, and ensure the involvement of internal experts.
  • Support the award ceremony and ensure that content and results are effectively utilized in ongoing communication.
  • Conceptualize, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing, supporting the continuous development of digital communication.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across various digital channels, using data and analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the ProVeg Comms team and coordinate content for emails, websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Support the data protection compliant implementation of marketing measures in coordination with relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing channels, particularly in email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Practical knowledge of tools and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Wrike, and Google Workspace, or a strong willingness to learn new systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in planning, organizing, and executing events.
  • Structured and detail-oriented work approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for informed decision-making and optimization.
  • Independent, reliable, and deadline-oriented work ethic with excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Identification with ProVeg's vision and mission, bringing this motivation to daily work.
  • Experience or qualification in B2B and/or B2C (online) marketing, communications, or PR, ideally within an NGO or corporate environment (desirable).
