Responsibilities
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a team of project managers and system technicians in building automation.
- Shape the development of modern, connected buildings.
- Ensure efficient and successful project execution as a project manager, from initial planning through realization to commissioning and beyond.
- Continuously monitor order and project progress, identify additional services early, and report them structurally.
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of your team and external partners to ensure smooth execution of complex projects.
- Act as the central technical point of contact, collaborating closely with customers, internal departments, project management, and external service providers.
- Coordinate alignment among all stakeholders.
- Ensure all technical documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure internal processes are adhered to and highest quality standards are implemented throughout all project phases.
- Coach and develop team members, supporting them in reaching their full potential.
- Maintain an overview in challenging situations, manage escalations effectively, and provide support for complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship or a comparable degree (e.g., electrical engineering, building or automation technology) or equivalent qualification.
- Certified project manager with sound experience in executing building automation projects.
- Familiarity with opportunity and risk management.
- Experience in cost and budget responsibility for your region.
- Experience in team leadership or technical management of employees.
- Practical experience in project coordination and management in a technical or building services environment.
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong negotiation skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to attend customer appointments.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license.
