About the Role
This entry-level sales position supports DIY business objectives by leveraging store systems, automotive knowledge, and inventory management expertise to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
- Achieve personal and store sales goals
- Perform DIY services including battery testing and installation, and wiper installation
- Maintain store product and operational standards
- Manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, and back stock
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Stock store products
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
Requirements
- Basic automotive system and parts knowledge
- Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and parts catalogs
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

- English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)
