About the Role
Join AT&T’s Sales team and help connect customers with innovative solutions in cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, IoT, and more. Your sales expertise will drive growth and support our vision to lead the industry in connectivity, technology, and community.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- Strong Cross Functional Partnership
- Analytical & problem solver, drives for results
- Proven Sales skills

Experience Level
- Mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
- Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision.
- Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Salary/Compensations
- $61,700 - $92,500 + commissions
- Total target compensation from $81,700 to $112,500.
