About the Role
The Enterprise Real Estate Workplace Ambassador is the heartbeat of our office experience – a visible, mobile individual who makes every floor feel welcoming, engaging and human. This isn't a desk job; it's a moving, people-focused role that enhances the office experience. You'll spend your day in motion: keeping shared spaces polished, helping colleagues find what they need and sparking little moments of colleague engagement.
Responsibilities
- Elevate Shared Spaces by keeping cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms guest-ready throughout the day.
- Manage café and coffee operations, including inventory and restocking.
- Maintain a polished, welcoming environment by keeping spaces clean, organized, and consistently stocked.
- Ensure meeting rooms are always ready with timely setups, resets, and proactive floor walkthroughs.
- Spot and solve issues before they’re noticed by conducting regular floor checks and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, or repairs.
- Support the Workplace Experience by being a go-to, on-the-floor resource for colleagues, offering real-time support, guidance, and problem-solving.
- Help colleagues navigate the space with ease, from finding workstations to understanding seating zones and hubs.
- Partner with teams across the business to support day-to-day workplace needs.
- Create a welcoming, approachable presence that makes colleagues feel supported and taken care of.
- Drive Colleague Engagement by helping bring workplace moments to life, supporting in-office programming, enterprise events, and surprise-and-delight experiences.
- Assist with event execution, including setup, catering coordination, and on-the-day support.
- Ensure spaces are thoughtfully prepared before, during, and after events to deliver a seamless experience.
- Act as a porter, moving flexible furniture in shared spaces and setting up rooms to layout specifications.
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly by welcoming visitors and providing friendly wayfinding and support.
- Submit, coordinate, and track facility and technology service requests.
- Optionally step into additional roles such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative (training provided).
Requirements
- Stay active and visible across multiple floors – this is a hands-on, on-the-ground role.
- Comfort being on your feet for extended periods throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and move supplies (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
Skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A hospitality mindset – you’re proactive, adaptable, and service-driven.
- Excellent communication and people skills; you’re confident engaging with a wide range of colleagues.
- Comfort working in a high-visibility, dynamic corporate setting.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
