About the Role

The Registered Nurse is assigned clinical and/or managerial responsibilities based on educational preparation, licensing laws and regulations, competency and patient needs. Patient needs are determined by the complexity and dynamics of each patient's condition, age, cultural, spiritual, and religious practices, emotional needs, physical and/or cognitive limitations, language barriers, and the complexity of the assessment required. This includes considering the technology used in care and making appropriate decisions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum education required: Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum licensure required: Licensure in State of Indiana as a Registered Nurse
