About the Role
We are seeking an experienced digital product specialist to develop industry-leading websites and apps for our festivals. This role involves the day-to-day management of products that help fans discover events and purchase tickets, with opportunities to adapt content in real-time at festivals and events. You will collaborate with a talented team to drive ticket sales and grow first-party data.
Responsibilities
- Working alongside VP Marketing - Digital to plan and deliver the digital product roadmap.
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of a portfolio of festival websites and apps, including user experience, ticket purchase flow, content, and data collection.
- Project managing the delivery of new websites and apps using various platforms.
- Responding to briefs on developing digital products to meet campaign needs, including for onsite/during live events.
- Line management of the digital product team, including mentoring and staff development.
- Weekly reporting to achieve incremental growth in reach and ticket sales.
- Weekly optimization of all platforms.
- Continuously driving platforms forward in collaboration with VP Marketing – Digital.
Requirements
- Digital project management experience with internal teams and agencies on multiple projects under rigorous deadlines.
- Experience project managing websites and apps from scratch.
- Experience using a range of CMS.
- Line management experience.
- Data analysis experience using GA4 and other tools.
- Confident problem-solving abilities.
- Immaculate attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Coding experience is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital innovation.
- Curiosity about how things work and what makes fans tick (and click).
