About the Role
Northeastern University London seeks a Lecturer in Management to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, providing service to the discipline. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver innovative and inclusive teaching in Management at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- Provide professional service commensurate with career stage.
- Contribute to work across a variety of teams, including faculty and professional services colleagues, particularly in entrepreneurship and educational innovation.
Requirements
- A Postgraduate Degree in Management or equivalent professional experience in a relevant area.
- Demonstrates excellent ability to be adaptable, innovative, and inclusive in teaching.
- Willingness and capacity to undertake continuous professional development in areas such as AI, technology, data, sustainability, and ethics.
- Teaching competency in Management and related areas at Levels 4–7.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Excellent IT skills and evidence of supporting the integration of technologies into learning and teaching.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK.
- Must adhere to safeguarding policies.
