About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead a team of 5 across Office Services, Hospitality, Workplace Services, and Facilities. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, seamless workplace experience while driving operational efficiency and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple service lines
- Ensure service excellence, meeting client expectations and performance targets
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
- Identify and implement process improvements and service enhancements
- Maintain a polished, “tour-ready” environment at all times
- Oversee reporting, compliance, and operational metrics
- Coach, develop, and manage team performance, training, and engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Office Services or Workplace Operations
- Experience in outsourced/managed services environments preferred
- Legal industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-facing setting
- Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, A/V)
- Professional presence with excellent communication skills
