About the Role

Sapio Sciences is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect (SA) to design and deliver our laboratory informatics platform solutions to customers. This role requires deep knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and SDMS products and their application within a laboratory setting, with the goal of becoming an expert in configuring and deploying Sapio Sciences products. You will work closely with Application Engineers and Business Analysts to ensure high-quality implementations that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of Sapio Sciences’ products and services.
Develop and deploy solutions for the customer in collaboration with the Sapio Sciences team.
Understand customer business requirements and processes by working closely with the Sapio Sciences Business Analyst (BA).
Design the Sapio solution using an agile approach to define deliverables for execution by Application Engineers in each Sprint, based on customer requirements.
Ensure identified customer requirements are met based on time, budget, quality, and success criteria.
Advise the customer on Sapio Science best practices to ensure successful deployment.
Provide 3rd tier support for customers post-implementation.
Support Project Managers in the delivery of customer projects.
Act as a bridge between the Product team and the customer to ensure functionality meets customer needs.
Drive the Sapio Sciences agile deployment methodology.
Document customer feedback and ensure issues are addressed for optimal customer experience and project success.
Create design and implementation documentation based on customer solutions.
Collaborate with the Sapio Sciences US team to establish scalable processes and methods across the Customer Success organization, including supporting IT tools.
Meticulously manage all SA-related deployment services documentation.

Requirements

Several years’ experience designing and delivering solutions for either LIMS or ELN or similar complex software.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
Demonstrated success working responsibly and effectively from a home office.
Maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for coworkers, customers and prospects.

Skills

Strong programming skills with detailed knowledge of Python
Strong analytical, problem solving and fact-finding skills.
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent listening and presentation skills.
Effective time management, and prioritization skills.
Good computer skills (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM Programs).
Ideally, knowledge of one or more of GWT, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux, AWS
