About the Role
Provide an essential front-line service for students, assisting with admissions and Learning Resource Centres. Build rapport with students and utilize digital systems for enrollment and resource location. Demonstrate a student-centered approach to remove barriers and ensure a positive student experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a helpful, professional, and flexible service to internal or external customers.
- Act in accordance with College values and represent Barnet and Southgate College positively.
- Operate in accordance with College policies and procedures.

- Comply with College safeguarding requirements to protect the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

- Provide cover or support for other team members and undertake any other duties required by your line manager, including attending other campuses.

- Previous experience of aspects of this service is essential.
- Ability to build rapport with all students.
