About the Role

Associate's are the execution engine for our Channel and Customer Research offering. This role blends investigative research, stakeholder management, and rapid-fire project execution, perfect for early-career professionals eager to accelerate their learning curve inside a high-growth, data-driven organization. Proficient German speakers (C1/C2 levels) are sought for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Map the expert universe for assigned verticals
  • Source and vet high-value channel partners and customers
  • Build long-term relationships with key channel sources
  • Coordinate and monitor interviews
  • Form sector expertise through regular and consistent research to remain up-to-date on industry trends and news
  • Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to recruit best-fit experts
  • Negotiate honoraria that balance insight value with cost discipline
  • Conduct vetting calls to confirm role, recency, and perspective
  • Ensure compliance with AlphaSense and client guidelines
  • Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants aligned to quarterly coverage priorities
  • Build and maintain interview guides targeted to each type of call, industry sector, and expert profile
  • Schedule sessions at optimal times in the sell-side calendar
  • Monitor calls, troubleshoot tech issues, and capture real-time highlights
  • Uphold rigorous data-privacy standards
  • Maintain accurate records in internal CRM and workflow tools
  • Share feedback on talk tracks, sourcing tactics, and emerging themes to refine playbooks and coverage roadmap

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to discern and precisely document the core elements of an expert’s relevant skills or experience vis-a-vis a defined scope
  • Comfortable with all communication methods, including phone and email
  • Motivated by the idea of identifying and delivering the best-possible expert profiles for each project scope quickly and efficiently
