About the Role

Lawrence Hall is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Remote Appointment Scheduler to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars to optimise appointment availability.
  • Communicate with clients compassionately, professionally, and timely via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and appointment details.
  • Send timely appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments for seamless coordination of care.
  • Act as a helpful first point of contact, addressing initial enquiries and directing individuals to appropriate resources.
  • Uphold the strictest standards of confidentiality regarding all client information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative, scheduling, or client-facing support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
  • High proficiency in using computers and scheduling software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience working within a non-profit, healthcare, or social services environment is highly desirable.
