About the Role

This role involves capturing daily shifts of a hospitality partner across 30 London hotels, creating sharp, social-first video content. The goal is to tell one strong, human story per day for a 30-day campaign.

Responsibilities

• Film the partner at work each day, including arrivals, uniform reveals, tasks, and to-camera moments.
• Shoot primarily on iPhone with a focus on clean, vertical, social-ready framing.
• Edit and turn around short-form content daily for timely posts.
• Capture B-roll of each hotel's spaces and atmosphere.
• Keep footage organized and ensure appearance-release forms are collected.
• Collaborate with campaign and PR teams on daily shot lists and priorities.

Requirements

• A confident mobile videographer with a good eye.
• Solid short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere or similar) with a fast turnaround.
• A self-starter capable of working independently on the road.
• Comfortable working in busy hospitality environments.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle an early-start, full-on 30-day schedule.
• Experience filming in hospitality, events, or hotels (Nice-to-Have).
• Possession of your own recent-model iPhone and basic kit, such as a gimbal, mic, or portable light (Nice-to-Have).
