About the Role

This role leads the DevOps Platform Enablement (DPE) team, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, platform build, and engineering enablement to accelerate software delivery. It's a hands-on leadership position responsible for modernizing delivery pipelines, enhancing developer experience, and embedding security controls. The goal is to provide a self-service platform and AI-enabled operations for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the CI/CD platform, designing and maintaining delivery pipelines for independent deployments across environments.
• Build self-service tooling, golden templates, and infrastructure-as-code for engineering teams.
• Integrate security shift-left practices, including SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and compliance gates into the pipeline.
• Drive automation to reduce operational toil and manual release efforts.
• Advance platform architecture in Azure and AWS, focusing on modernization and tech-debt reduction.
• Enable AIOps and observability through shared telemetry, monitoring, and AI-assisted incident detection.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, setting technical standards and providing leadership.
• Partner with Service Reliability, product engineering, and Information Security & Compliance teams.
• Maintain documentation and governance for tooling, environment provisioning, deployments, change management, and cost control.
• Prepare and own technical aspects of customer application migration activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or site-reliability engineering.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Passion for building highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable systems.
• Ability to automate extensively.
• Capacity to set technical direction and make sound decisions while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Enjoy enabling other engineering teams.
