About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will independently manage national and international client projects through all phases. You will ensure structured, economical, and high-quality implementation with your team. With your digital understanding and solution-oriented approach, you will be a reliable point of contact for our clients and support them in the successful realization of their projects. You will naturally use modern methods and AI-supported work approaches in project work to make processes more efficient.

Responsibilities

Independent management of integrated and 360° projects.
Responsibility for time, budget, quality, and resource planning within your projects.
Operational consulting and support for our clients during project implementation.
Creation of project plans, timings, effort estimations, and status reports.
Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers.
Early identification of project risks and development of suitable solutions with the team.
Support with workshops, presentations, and decision-making processes.
Close collaboration with consulting and senior project management to identify further client needs.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in project management of digital, communication, or marketing projects.
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Sound understanding of marketing, digital, and processes.
Confident demeanor and enjoyment of working with clients.
Experience with agile methods and structured working.
Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary project teams.
Very good German and English language skills.
Professional use of ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable AI systems in daily project work.
Efficient use of AI for research, project planning, documentation, presentations, and minutes.
