About the Role

We are seeking an Editorial Assistant to join our production team in Berlin for "Das Große Backen." This role focuses on casting, talent support, research, and general editorial and organizational tasks. The position is fixed-term until December 31, 2027, with a start date of September 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Casting, content support, briefing, and accompanying talent before and during production.
• Research and creative development of program content.
• Writing dossiers and press releases.
• General editorial and organizational tasks.

Requirements

• Affinity and passion for food-related topics.
• Editorial experience is preferred, but entry with less experience in an appropriate position is possible.
• Enjoyment of creative topic implementation and team collaboration.
• High motivation and creativity.
• Good research skills.
• Teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and open communication style.
• Structured, careful, and reliable work approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
