About the Role
As a Product Owner – Data & AI Solutions, you will take responsibility for our growing portfolio of data-driven platform solutions in various customer situations. You will actively shape the future of our Data & AI solutions and ensure they deliver real added value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and priorities of our Data & AI solutions based on real customer needs.
- Ensure realistic and feasible use cases are defined by considering potential limitations of hardware, infrastructure, or performance early on.
- Continuously and purposefully maintain the product backlog and roadmap.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary platform teams, from requirement definition to implementation.
- Support technical implementation with subject matter expertise and assist with decision-making.
- Engage in constant dialogue with our customers to validate and further develop requirements.
- Advise on sensible solution approaches, considering technical feasibility and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Data & AI environments.
- Sound knowledge in Data Engineering (e.g., Apache Kafka, Confluent, RedHat AMQ), Analytics, AI frameworks, and Container & Orchestration (e.g., Databricks, TensorFlow, Kubernetes).
- Ideally, experience in Data Catalog and Metadata Management (e.g., Colibra, Presto, Trino).
- Ideally, relevant certifications with hyperscalers and platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Databricks, IBM, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Independent, structured, and creative way of working, with enjoyment in teamwork.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
