About the Role

As a Data & AI Platform Expert, you will be the central interface between our platforms and application teams. With your deep technical understanding, you will support our customers and their application teams in fully exploiting the potential of Data & AI. You will guide applications from the initial idea and proof of concept through to the deployment of the complete solution, integrating AI components and selecting suitable models.

Responsibilities

Support application teams in optimally utilizing the capabilities of our platform services.
Guide applications from the initial idea and proof of concept to the deployment of the complete solution.
Integrate AI components into applications, such as MCP, agentic workflows, or API gateways.
Select suitable models and advise application teams on the best possible use of the platform.
Collaborate closely with development and integration teams to successfully implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in Data & AI environments.
Overview of AI architectures and models, as well as their application scenarios (e.g., RAG designs, agentic workflows).
Practical knowledge in high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
Experience with data & model pipelines, ML/ModelOps tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubeflow, CI/CD), and Kubernetes.
Ideally, basic knowledge of Data & AI Governance.
Ideally, experience with hyperscalers (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.) and relevant certifications.
Strong communication skills and team orientation.
Very good German and good English language skills.
