About the Role

CBI Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team and provide essential care to patients in their homes and communities. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and supporting our mission of helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care with compassion and excellence.
• Work as part of a dynamic and self-directed care team to meet patient goals.
• Utilize experience and clinical skills to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team using an integrated approach to service delivery.

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and car insurance.
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset.
