About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most respected names in Private Markets, helping clients design and implement more effective operating models and business processes. As a Consultant, you'll lead client workstreams, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, analyse complex business challenges, and deliver practical recommendations that create measurable value. You'll be part of a collaborative team that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the opportunity to develop your consulting skills while working on high-profile transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on Enterprise Operating Models, business transformation, and operational excellence
- Lead project workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, governance meetings, and Steering Committees
- Analyse business processes, operating models, and organisational challenges to develop practical recommendations
- Work closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to support successful change and implementation
- Coach and support junior colleagues while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
- Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support the continued growth of Holland Mountain
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, or transformation programme
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading projects or managing workstreams independently
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- A structured approach to problem-solving and business analysis
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced consulting environments
- Experience within Private Equity, Financial Services, or Asset Management is highly desirable
- Exposure to Target Operating Models (TOM), Enterprise Operating Models (EoM), change management, or operational transformation
