  • Shape partner segmentation, positioning, and targeting strategies to optimize resource allocation and targets
  • Design and optimize partner GTM models, incentive structures, and programs that drive performance

  • Own business system improvements and dynamics/reporting enhancements; ensure partner requirements translate into capabilities
  • Identify and scale innovative approaches to partner operations and performance management
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on partner business and pipeline practices; influence adoption across regions
  • Collaborate with global partner ops, sales ops, and other cross-functional teams to standardize processes where appropriate and ensure alignment on strategy and priorities
  • Be the trusted strategic advisor to leadership on partner strategy and initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to identify performance levers and drive prioritized action plans
  • Own and enhance reporting tools; translate data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Establish continuous improvement disciplines—testing, benchmarking, variance analysis—to evolve partner business sales excellence
  • Build analytical business case for strategic decisions and investment
  • Drive execution excellence on critical initiatives—handle both strategy and tactical problem-solving
  • Manage end to end planning, partner segmentation, org design, partner pipeline health and performance metrics at scale
  • Establish clear ownership and accountability; track progress and course-correct with agility

Requirements

  • Strategic operator with 8+ years in operations, sales strategy, GTM, or program management in technology/SaaS businesses.
  • Data-driven problem solver who uses analytics and structured thinking to uncover insights and drive decisions.
  • Leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency across partner operations, scaling team impact and shifting focus toward strategic, high-value work.
  • Influential cross-functional leader who thrives in matrixed environments.
  • Program builder with a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling initiatives from conception to adoption.
