About the Role
Nike Kingston is looking for a Part Time Retail Assistant to join their team and provide world-class service to consumers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Support various store departments including operating the cash register, managing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Utilize knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improve knowledge of sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture through provided tools and training.
Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be fully flexible.
