About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin branch. You will be responsible for the correct execution of work on the construction site and will issue the necessary instructions to colleagues and trades. You will ensure the structural integrity of the construction site and the safe interaction of different tasks. Quality control, planning, and coordination of the construction site in close cooperation with project management are your responsibility. You will create documentation of the construction process (site diary) and ensure the correct acceptance of construction projects.

Requirements

Completed vocational training or a degree in construction.
First experience as a site manager in industrial, commercial, or residential construction is desirable.
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Accustomed to independent and team-oriented work on large construction sites.
Good German language skills are required.
Sound knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and a high degree of cost awareness and negotiation skills.
