About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the correct execution of work on the construction site, providing necessary instructions to colleagues and trades. You will ensure the technical construction operations on site, paying attention to the safe interplay of different tasks. Quality control, planning, and coordination of the construction site in close cooperation with project management are your responsibility. You will create documentation of the construction process (construction diary) and ensure the correct acceptance of construction projects.

Requirements

Possess a vocational training or a degree in construction
Experience as a Construction Manager in industrial, commercial, or residential construction
Accustomed to independent and team-oriented work on large construction sites
Good German language skills required
Sound knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
High level of cost awareness and negotiation skills
