About the Role

For our ambitious and fast-growing team in London, we are looking for a Lead Analyst. In this role, you will support setting the analytical direction, build and maintain BI infrastructure, and drive key analytical projects. You will improve data quality and tooling, bringing analytical capabilities to the next level. This will form the foundation for producing insightful and actionable dashboards, datasets, and analysis to underpin key decisions and recommendations for product development.

Responsibilities

Lead the scoping, building, and managing of Commercial BI infrastructure, ensuring insightful/actionable Tableau dashboards.
Focus on improving data quality and tooling across teams.
Champion a strong data culture, influencing how teams adopt and act on analytical insights.
Ideate, scope, and lead key strategic analytical projects focused on driving improvements in the core product.
Deep dive into large datasets to extract key insights for core product improvements.
Present and obtain approval on recommendations from Senior Management.
Identify, develop, and implement new approaches and processes, mapping recurring processes and finding ways to simplify/optimize them.
Collaborate with teams such as Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement & Operations, and Marketing.
Collaborate with International HelloFresh geographies to find and leverage synergies.

Requirements

Independent right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and functions.
Experience in SQL is essential.
Very strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent analytical skills, including summarizing quantitative concepts for all business levels.
Professional experience in a high-performance and culture environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead interactions with senior stakeholders.
Strong project management competencies.
Enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve joint objectives.

Ability to use data and information gathered to solve real business challenges.
