About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Intelligence Team, responsible for strengthening analytics capabilities and directly impacting the company’s success. You will drive the development of analytical products and standards to enable data-driven pricing, marketing, and revenue decisions. Working closely with Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing stakeholders, you will translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable, automated solutions to support profitable and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities

- Drive the development of analytical products and standards for data-driven decisions.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable, automated solutions.
- Support profitable and sustainable growth through data analysis.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions in Power BI and Excel.
- Proactively identify new reporting needs and improve existing analytical processes.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of data products and reports through solid documentation.
- Support revenue optimization processes, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Contribute to advancing team know-how and skill-set through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with Snowflake.
- Solid experience in building analytical models and reports using Power BI (connected to Snowflake).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros.
- Experience working in Agile team environments.
- Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to internal and external non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
