About the Role
The Pioneers Agency designs unique brand experiences that make brands tangible. With strategic thinking, creative design, and innovative concepts, we create impressive brand presences, from retail and trade fair concepts to immersive experiences. We are looking for an intern for our project management team starting September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Actively support our project managers in daily operations and ensure the quality of project organizational processes.
- Take responsibility for sub-areas of a project, such as creating project plans, dealer communication, production inquiries and orders, coordinating various service providers, conducting research and price comparisons, creating calculations, and quality control.
- Support the team in generating and implementing creative concepts.
Requirements
- Enrolled student available for 6 months.
- Ideally, you already have experience in marketing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Motivated, well-organized, solution-oriented, and affinity for structure.
- Enjoy working in a team and approach others openly.
- Very good German language skills, with fluent English both spoken and written.
