About the Role

Requirements

Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Consulting, Business Development, or a startup.
Entrepreneurial mindset: View every feature in the context of business case and processes.
Initial exposure to B2B EV charging, energy, or infrastructure is advantageous but not required.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable requirements, even without a software engineering background.
Strong communication skills and ability to reconcile diverse interests.
Hands-on mentality and eagerness to contribute from the start.
Fluent in German and English.
