About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for complex national and international client projects, leading interdisciplinary teams through all project phases. You will combine strategic consulting with excellent project management, supporting clients in their digital transformation using modern methods and AI-driven approaches for efficiency and better results.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex integrated and 360° projects independently.
• Manage time, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
• Provide strategic consulting to clients and moderate workshops and decision-making processes.
• Develop robust project plans, roadmaps, and effort estimations.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate all trades.
• Identify project risks early and develop appropriate solution strategies.
• Ensure economically sound project execution, including forecasts, change requests, and budget control.
• Identify expansion potential with existing clients in close collaboration with consulting and sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management of complex digital or communication projects.
• Experience with international clients and multiple enterprise brands.
• Sound understanding of marketing, digital, and processes.
• Very high consulting competence and confident presence at client and management level.
• Experience with agile methods and structured working.
• Leadership experience or proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Very good understanding of modern communication and transformation projects.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Professional use of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or comparable AI systems in daily project work.
• Efficient use of AI for research, project planning, documentation, presentations, and minutes.
