About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Insurance to own one of our next revenue verticals from zero. You'll own the P&L, the strategy, the partnerships, and the product for this new venture.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for your Vertical, including revenue, margin, and payback.
- Drive the product definition, specification, and development for your vertical.
- Design and execute the rollout of your vertical across all portfolio companies.
- Measure rollout performance and create playbooks for consistent implementation.
Requirements
- Experience starting and scaling a business, company, or product.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on unit economics, margin, and payback.
- Ability to quickly research and become an expert in new industries.
- Demonstrated ability to act fast and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of closing deals, signing partners, or securing funding.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- Willingness to work from the office in Prenzlauer Berg.
