About the Role

An experienced Room Leader, working with babies and Toddlers is required by our lovely clients in Chessington. Excellent salary is being offered c £30,500 working a 40 hr week, with great benefits, xmas closures, transport links and much much more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
• Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
• Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
