About the Role

Ellea Nursing seeks experienced Private Adult Nurses to provide exceptional, clinically led care to high-profile clients in their homes. This role offers a world-class career opportunity, delivering specialized care for End of Life, Post-Operative recovery, and Complex Care needs within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide End of Life care, Post-Operative recovery, and Complex Care in the community.
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Manage complex clinical presentations in a home-based setting.
• Deliver a gold-standard nursing experience to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer controlled medication.
• Manage pain and symptoms.
• Manage syringe drivers.
• Perform wound care and management.
• Provide catheter care (male and female) and stoma care.
• Manage PEG feeding.
• Provide tracheostomy care.
• Support ventilator use.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months' UK nursing experience, ideally within acute, community, complex care, or palliative settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidence delivering care autonomously in the community.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide care across a variety of home-based settings.
• Right to work in the UK.
