About the Role

You will play a key role in the design and analysis of studies using real world healthcare data, such as electronic healthcare records, registries and claims databases. We are looking for someone who can bring a high level of scientific rigor and who is motivated to work at the cutting edge of methods and RWE study designs, and provide excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities

Demonstrate a very high level of expertise in epidemiology, statistics or health data science/programming
Contribute (aligned with your skills) to the design an execution of RWE studies including: Proposal development, Protocol development, SAP development, Project management, Programming (R/SQL/Python), Quality control, Report writing

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in a relevant role at a pharmaceutical company, CRO or consultancy
An excellent grounding in relevant methods with demonstrated experience in conceptualising and delivering previous studies and projects
Excellent communication skills alongside good presentation skills and the ability to explain complex issues to others
Excellent report writing skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be highly competent in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills and able to coordinate the work of multi-disciplinary teams with ease
The mindset to thrive in a growing and dynamic team, comfortable leading on day-to-day project activities
Initiative in every aspect of your work and creative in developing original solutions to problems
