About the Role

The Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Lead will enable the sales organization to consistently deliver against plans by aligning targets, activity, pipeline execution, skills, processes, and technology. This role acts as the primary voice of the sales team for enterprise innovation and drives clarity, focus, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support the sales planning and performance lifecycle, including target setting and achievement-to-plan management.
  • Evaluate and manage pipeline health, velocity, and quality, including conversion rates and risk identification.
  • Translate sales strategy into clear activity and execution models.
  • Design and maintain sales performance and pipeline dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify coaching and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Lead sales onboarding, training, and ongoing capability development.
  • Own the sales technology roadmap, acting as the business owner for CRM and enablement tools.
  • Serve as the central representative for Sales in innovation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
  • Support go-to-market changes, product launches, and partner initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts related to new sales processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales performance roles.
  • Proven experience supporting sales planning, target setting, and performance management.
  • Strong experience evaluating pipeline health, velocity, and quality.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering sales onboarding, training programs, and coaching frameworks.
  • Experience acting as a business owner for CRM and sales technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
