About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated educator to join our team at Kita St. Joseph in Berlin-Rudow. You will help create a welcoming environment where children can develop their skills, while fostering a strong, trust-based partnership with families and contributing to the ongoing development of our pedagogical concept.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the development and well-being of children
  • Support children in developing their individual skills
  • Observe and document developmental progress
  • Plan and integrate activities, excursions, and long-term projects into the daily routine
  • Maintain an active dialogue with parents and guardians as partners in the educational process
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and conceptual design of the facility

Requirements

  • State-recognized educator (staatlich anerkannter Erzieherin) or equivalent qualification according to Berlin state legislation
  • Ability to communicate openly, appreciatively, and clearly with colleagues, parents, and children
  • Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements

Skills

  • Pedagogical observation and documentation

  • Experience with integration children (preferred)
