About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated educator to join our team at Kita St. Joseph in Berlin-Rudow. You will help create a welcoming environment where children can develop their skills, while fostering a strong, trust-based partnership with families and contributing to the ongoing development of our pedagogical concept.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the development and well-being of children
- Support children in developing their individual skills
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Plan and integrate activities, excursions, and long-term projects into the daily routine
- Maintain an active dialogue with parents and guardians as partners in the educational process
- Contribute to the ongoing development and conceptual design of the facility
Requirements
- State-recognized educator (staatlich anerkannter Erzieherin) or equivalent qualification according to Berlin state legislation
- Ability to communicate openly, appreciatively, and clearly with colleagues, parents, and children
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements
Skills
- Pedagogical observation and documentation

- Experience with integration children (preferred)
