About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during outplacement projects, guiding them through the entire consulting process and ensuring a smooth customer journey. This includes monitoring client satisfaction and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in outplacement projects.
- Manage and guide clients through the entire consulting process.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey, including monitoring and quality assurance.
- Handle personnel administration, including personnel files and master data.
- Process vacation requests.
- Support clients with career reorientation, including interview preparation and appointments with the employment agency.
- Assist with the creation of application documents.
- Conduct virtual workshops.
- Provide further education advice and research.
- Support the application process for education vouchers from the employment agency.
- Contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of processes and services.
Requirements
- Completed studies or a comparable vocational training.
- Ideally, experience in HR administration, qualification and further education, or similar.
- Experience working with the employment agency is a plus.
- Confident demeanor and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Organizational talent.
- Proficiency in working with various digital tools, such as project management software and ticketing systems.
- Very good German language skills.
- Ideally, good English language skills.
- Excellent linguistic and communication skills.
