About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during outplacement projects, guiding them through the entire consulting process and ensuring a smooth customer journey. This includes monitoring client satisfaction and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients in outplacement projects.
  • Manage and guide clients through the entire consulting process.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey, including monitoring and quality assurance.
  • Handle personnel administration, including personnel files and master data.
  • Process vacation requests.
  • Support clients with career reorientation, including interview preparation and appointments with the employment agency.
  • Assist with the creation of application documents.
  • Conduct virtual workshops.
  • Provide further education advice and research.
  • Support the application process for education vouchers from the employment agency.
  • Contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of processes and services.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or a comparable vocational training.
  • Ideally, experience in HR administration, qualification and further education, or similar.
  • Experience working with the employment agency is a plus.
  • Confident demeanor and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Organizational talent.
  • Proficiency in working with various digital tools, such as project management software and ticketing systems.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Ideally, good English language skills.
  • Excellent linguistic and communication skills.
