Treehouse Nursery School in East London is seeking a passionate and skilled Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and create a high-quality learning environment. The role involves championing a curriculum that listens to children, leading a team with clarity and warmth, and being an ambassador for early years education.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Level 6 qualification in Early Years or above, such as a degree in Early Childhood Studies, Early Years Teacher Status, or equivalent
- Proven experience designing and delivering an exceptional, evidence-led EYFS curriculum
- Direct experience working in or leading towards an Ofsted inspection
- Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead or Deputy DSL, with current and embedded safeguarding training
- A deep and genuine commitment to children’s rights
- Genuine creativity and empathy
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely collaborative mindset
- Energy, drive, and a passion for nurturing young minds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
