About the Role

Treehouse Nursery School in East London is seeking a passionate and skilled Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and create a high-quality learning environment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A Level 6 qualification in Early Years or above, such as a degree in Early Childhood Studies, Early Years Teacher Status, or equivalent
  • Proven experience designing and delivering an exceptional, evidence-led EYFS curriculum
  • Direct experience working in or leading towards an Ofsted inspection
  • Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead or Deputy DSL, with current and embedded safeguarding training
  • A deep and genuine commitment to children’s rights
  • Genuine creativity and empathy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely collaborative mindset
  • Energy, drive, and a passion for nurturing young minds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
