About the Role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking an ECM/M&A lawyer to support a financial institution client for a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer
  • Significant ECM or public M&A experience
  • Experience working in a financial institution (ideal)
  • Problem solver with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
