About the Role
Vexcash AG is Germany's leading online provider of short-term loans, offering customers a quick and uncomplicated bridge until their next income. Over 800,000 customers trust our service for financial liquidity without long-term commitment. We are seeking to strengthen our Finance and Accounting team in Berlin immediately.
Responsibilities
- Account management in financial accounting
- Reconciliation of asset and financial accounts
- Payment transactions, monitoring, and execution of payment runs
- Booking bank accounts and credit card statements
- Coordination with operational departments for correct and period-appropriate recording of business transactions in financial accounting
- Preparation of VAT advance returns
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Requirements
- Successfully completed adequate vocational training or a degree
- Demonstrable several years of professional experience in this field
- Very good German language skills and good, applicable English language skills
- Experience with common ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel
