About the Role

We're on a mission to make the homebuying process simple, transparent, and fair. Harnessing innovative tech and the talent of our smart, ambitious team, we're building a fairer mortgage market. You'll work directly with the CISO to keep our infrastructure running reliably and securely for our staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support our software engineering team to keep our infrastructure up-to-date and CI/CD pipelines running efficiently.
• Championing security best practices will level up the rest of the team’s skills, leading to better outcomes for our customers.
• Assist during audits and recertification.

Requirements

• You’ve recently started along the path of DevOps engineering, and have at least 1-2 years of experience.
• You understand why containerisation is important, know your way around Docker, and prefer infrastructure as code.
• You’ve used a public cloud in the past, whether that’s GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Postgres or another relational database.
• Familiarity with languages like Ruby, Python, and Go are nice to have, but we like people who are willing to learn new things on the go.
• Play with Kali Linux or do HackTheBox for fun.
• Have or always wanted to do OSCP.
• Enjoy scanning your own WLAN with Nmap just because.
• Are a deeply cultured person who knows what “Arch btw” mean.
