About the Role
Bring speed and smart automation to our Energy Operations department, taking responsibility for core processes from customer registration to billing. You will identify process gaps, intelligently link data streams, and make processes more efficient using modern automation and AI tools. You will implement solutions with maximum personal responsibility and see the immediate impact of your work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing system and process landscape in close cooperation with the operational team, identifying inefficiencies in data flows and automation potentials.
- Design automated workflows and independently connect existing systems into intelligent end-to-end processes.
- Integrate AI applications or no-code tools to noticeably accelerate manual data entry, checks, or case processing in daily operations.
- Quickly test new workflows as functional prototypes in live operation, evaluate their stability based on data, and ensure reliable daily operation.
- Accompany automation projects from the initial idea to successful implementation and guide the operational team through process changes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in successfully automating complex operational processes in a dynamic start-up, scale-up, or technology-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to immediately grasp data logic and understand how systems should optimally interact.
- Proficient in using modern automation builders and AI tools to eliminate manual effort in daily business.
- Action-oriented and data-driven approach to solving real operational pain points, balancing quick prototypes with sustainable structures.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data logic understandably to operational teams and inspire colleagues for innovative digital solutions.
