About the Role
Drive the scaling of our Energy Operations division, acting as a key interface between business, operations, and technology. Analyze, optimize, and automate operational processes from customer registration to billing, including system interfaces, to manage the complexity of the energy market and build the foundation for growth.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of operational processes in Energy Operations, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks based on data.
- Identify inefficiencies in daily operations and build functional solutions or prototypes using no-code or AI tools.
- Translate successfully tested workflows into clear requirements for the tech team when no-code solutions reach their limits.
- Manage initiatives from conception to successful implementation, ensuring sustainable integration of new processes.
- Define KPIs for Energy Operations, build automated dashboards, and establish a reliable single source of truth for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in structuring and scaling operational processes from scratch in a dynamic start-up, scale-up, or tech consulting environment.
- Above-average degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable analytical field.
- Ability to see the big picture and think in systems, understanding software architecture and data structures.
- Proactively identify business-critical problems and implement pragmatic end-to-end solutions independently using no-code, AI interfaces, or custom code.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical topics understandably to the operational team and provide precise specifications to tech colleagues.
