About the Role
We are seeking to expand our team to provide more children with an equitable start in life. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a place where children and their families feel welcome and where everyone interacts with respect and on equal terms.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the most important members of our society.
- Support children in developing their own abilities, observe and document developmental steps.
- Plan and integrate various activities with and for the children, such as excursions and long-term projects, into the daily routine.
- Engage in dialogue with parents, recognizing them as partners in the educational process.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our Kita and participate in shaping the institution's concept.
Requirements
- Competencies as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent qualification according to the state's Kita legislation.
- Ideally, experience working with children requiring integration support.
- Ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
