About the Role

Join the U.K.'s largest independent property services group as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiate with confidence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
  • Assess and value properties for the market.
  • Market properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Canvass the local area.
  • Conduct door knocking and leaflet dropping.
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Provide proof of address.
  • Provide National Insurance details.
  • Provide Drivers Licence Check.

  • On-target earnings exceeding £30,000 per year
