About the Role

Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiate with confidence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
- Assess and value properties for the market.
- Market properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business.
- Canvass the local area.
- Conduct door knocking and leaflet dropping.
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Good telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
- Attention to detail.
- Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Provide proof of address.
- Provide National Insurance details.
- Provide Drivers Licence Check.

- On-target earnings exceeding £30,000 per year
