About the Role

This critical role ensures the OU remains closely connected to our consumer, shopper, and customer at cluster level across APAC, acting as a vital link between the OU and the Cluster.

Responsibilities

  • Translate OU insights and analytics into actionable strategies for clusters/markets to support the growth agenda.
  • Drive key cross-category growth priorities through consumer and shopper understanding within the Cluster (e.g., Healthy aging, Dcommerce).
  • Support the category OU CBIA team in executing research and consumer understanding initiatives within the cluster.
  • Collaborate with enterprise colleagues across clusters to understand performance drivers and partner on strategic customer projects.
  • Shape and execute shopper and consumer insight projects related to local brands.
  • Partner with Category and ComEx Teams within Clusters to enhance Consumer and Shopper Understanding.
  • Collaborate with Cluster Leadership Teams to embed a 'Consumer First Always' mindset in driving the growth agenda.

Requirements

  • Significant experience with insight and consumer understanding research tools across communication, innovation, and shopper research.
  • Working knowledge of Analytical Capabilities including MMM, Price Elasticity, and AI Capabilities is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and manage changing priorities efficiently.
  • Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial understanding, including P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to impact growth through extensive Shopper & Consumer Insight experience.
  • Capacity to drive large-scale transformation agendas to support growth ambitions.
  • Strong influential skills to engage frequently with senior stakeholders in OUs and Functions.
  • Ability to enable and drive change, demonstrating resilience and tenacity.
