About the Role
As a Workplace Concierge at JLL, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional workplace experiences for employees, clients, and visitors. This role requires a passion for service and strong people skills to ensure seamless access, anticipate needs, and foster a hospitality-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
- Verify and issue access cards to visitors and clients, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a warm, helpful, and timely manner.
- Provide professional escort services for VIP visitors.
- Act as a central point of contact for information and wayfinding.
- Assist in the transition to electronic Visitor Management Systems, including training and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Support the planning and execution of workplace experience activations.
- Collaborate with Telstra's CWT Lead to implement workplace experience initiatives, including site walkthroughs and car-parking management.
- Assist with locker management, new graduate inductions, contractor inductions, and fire evacuation drills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous customer service, security, hospitality, or workplace services experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally through spoken and written word.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent, elevated guest experiences and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of information technology tools and platforms, including visitor management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and adapting to changing needs.
