About the Role
This role supports campaign/innovation and digital intelligence by connecting consumer understanding, trend signals, and performance data to inform business decisions. It focuses on executing high-quality analysis, translating data into actionable insights, and ensuring consumer-centricity in daily decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support insight delivery for campaign and innovation projects, including early-stage exploration and concept development.
- Assist in structuring briefs, defining objectives, and shaping learning plans for research.
- Translate research outputs into clear narratives and actionable recommendations, grounded in consumer behavior and needs.
- Support the maintenance and use of digital intelligence tools and platforms (social listening, search, dashboards).
- Analyze search, social, and MIV data to identify emerging trends and behavioral shifts.
- Translate digital data into human insights, not just metrics.
- Contribute to identifying early signals of change in culture, category, and demand.
- Support regular reporting, including monthly scorecards and campaign tracking.
- Structure outputs into clear "What / So What / Now What" narratives.
- Ensure insights are simple, focused, and relevant to stakeholder needs.
- Assist in identifying key takeaways and implications from multiple data sources.
- Support project delivery and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to preparing debriefs, presentations, and materials.
- Help ensure insights are clearly understood and applied by stakeholders.
- Play an active role in bringing the consumer to life through storytelling and examples.
Requirements
- Interest in understanding consumer behavior, culture, and trends.
- Strong ability to work with data and translate it into clear, simple stories.
- Early experience in consumer insight, market research, analytics, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with digital data sources (search, social, analytics tools).
- Exposure to qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
- Good collaboration skills and willingness to learn and work across teams.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete background screening, which may include a criminal check and validation of qualifications.
